Booking & Reservations

Are rentals available for same day pickup?

Yes, most trailers are ready for pickup within 30 minutes.

Do I need to create an account to rent a trailer?

No, you can rent directly online. All forms are sent via email and SMS, so you can complete everything right from your phone.

What’s the process for picking up my trailer?

We operate a contactless system. All pickup instructions are sent to your phone via text.

Can I use the trailers for commercial purposes?

Yes, our trailers can be used for commercial purposes.

Requirements & Coverage

Is a special license required to tow a trailer?

No special licenses are required for personal use.

Is trailer damage covered?

No, damages are the responsibility of the renter and must be paid out of pocket or through your insurance, depending on severity.

Will I be charged for returning the trailer late?

All late returns will incur additional fees if the trailer is not returned on or before the scheduled return time.

Pickup, Delivery & Location

What are your rental hours?

Pickup is available by reservation daily between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Do you offer delivery or pickup services?

Yes, delivery is available for up to 60 miles at a rate of $3 per mile.

Where are your trailers located?

Our trailers are stored securely off Lobelia/690 between Vass and Spring Lake, minutes from Crains Creek Fire Department. Pickup is by reservation only, and exact pickup instructions are texted to you after booking.
